Original and Limited Edition Art Prints
Due to the nature of the products, original paintings and limited edition art prints are non-refundable. Please take your time to decide before purchasing an original or limited edition art print as they come signed and numbered to ensure individuality.
If, in any case, your order comes damaged, send an email to email@example.com with photo(s) of the damaged item as soon as you receive it and we will either resend or refund it.
Open Edition Art Prints and Woven Throws
The forn Studio Buyer Guarantee ensures that you have complete peace of mind when making a purchase on annapepe.art, in the event that your item:
- Does not arrive
- Is broken during transit
- Is entirely different than what you purchased
- For all other items, sales are final 24 hours after delivery.
- To request a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include the order number and the reason for your return request.
- On approved returns, the buyer is responsible for the full cost of return packing & shipping.
Returns and exchanges happens at your own risk and own expense, shipping costs is to be paid by you. We suggest using a shipping service that includes track and trace. If any items arrives back to us damaged we are only able to offer a 50% refund.
